Prelaminated Sheets

• A time-saving way to fabricate multidurometer devices for diabetic and arthritic foot management
• Heat moldable
• Easy to grind
• Will not delaminate during fabrication
• Recommended Oven Temperatures:
  • 275° F (135° C) for bi-laminates for approximately 1 ½ minutes*
  • 250-275° F (129 - 135° C) for tri-laminates for approximately 1 ½ to 3 minutes*

*This information is provided as a guide only, and was tested utilizing a standard convection oven and vacuum press. Time and temperature may vary based upon your equipment. It is best to err on the side of lower temperatures and less time, and build up to an acceptable time and temperature combination best suited for your equipment. If in the event the material is overheated and appears to delaminate slightly, it will relaminate when vacuum pressed and cooled. Excessive heating, however, may cause bubbling and shrinkage of materials that permanently damage the material.
