Superform® Plates

  • A carbon composite material that provides exceptional strength and rigidity with minimal thickness. Extremely lightweight and resistant to deformation, it excels in applications where aggressive control is needed but space is at a premium. It has been engineered to mold and machine easily, particularly in its ability to conform to deep heel contours without wrinkling.
  • And when mistakes do happen, as they inevitably will, Superform® saves the day with its ability to be reheated and reformed up to four times.
  • Unlike many composite materials, Superform® can be abraded without compromising its structural integrity and, since it does not absorb moisture from the air (again, unlike many composite materials), it has no troublesome storage requirements and an indefinite shelf life.
  • Superform® provides: 
    •     Lightweight control. 
    •     100% memory, allowing the material to be reheated and remolded up to four times. 
    •     Hassle-free storage and indefinite shelf life.
  • Recommended Oven Temperature - 375 to 400° Fahrenheit
